Orders to be shipped - Usually, we would ship it within 2 business days after your order is ready and depending on the time of the year (holiday season) production schedule and availability, which we will communicate to you. Thus, it could take up to 6-7 business days to receive your order by mail depending on your location. 


Dauphin:  As of now, we offer free delivery in Dauphin. Usually, we will try to deliver within 1-2 days after your order is ready. Please make sure you indicate your contact phone number during the checkout. If you or your recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we will not leave the package by the door unless this was directed by you originally.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damaged/missing orders if you directed to leave the order by the door.

Dauphin. Pickup location: -  Just pick up the time and place and we will deliver there. Same conditions for shipping charges applicable as indicated above.

Dauphin area: If you live outside of Dauphin but work or are often in town we can arrange a time and place so you can pick up your order. We will be waiting for 10 minutes and in case of a no-show, you would have to get in touch with us by email to discuss the following course of actions. 

Parkland area: Shipping through Canada Post is available.

Brandon area preorders: Time to time and depending on occasion we will announce preorders on certain collections. In this case, they we will post the update.


Brandon area regular orders: For now, regular orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Manitoba: Shipping through Canada Post is available.

Other provinces: As of now we ship with Canada Post within Manitoba.  For shipping to other provinces - please send us a message.


We offer free delivery outside of Dauphin (within Manitoba) on all orders over $195


You will receive a shipping confirmation and order tracking number once it becomes available after shipment. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

The shipping rates are based on the Canada Post rates as well as our packing and fulfillment fees.


We are trying to do our best to put the precaution in place and protect the package. However, chocolate is a fragile item and is susceptible to external factors. By completing your order you accept that damage may occur during shipping and acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occurred during the shipment regardless of their nature (human or natural) or any delays or issues during/with delivery. We recommend keeping shipping documents so you would be able to support your claim should it be required.


Chocolate is very susceptible to heat and cold. In our shipping packages were are not using any heat or cold packs. This is why we generally do not ship when the outside temperature is below -30C or above +25C. We also reserve the right to postpone shipment if there is an expectation of extreme (for chocolate) temperatures. Even if the chocolate is shipped, as was mentioned in the paragraph above, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occurred due to natural factors (i.e heat or cold)


As we are selling food, we are not accepting product returns. However, if there is an issue with your order - please let us know and we will do whatever we can to help you.
